Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in a wide range of recruitment related activities.
Perform efficient interview scheduling for stakeholders in APAC regional team.
Generation and issuance of employment contracts to candidates.
Handle vendor invoicing and related administrative tasks.
Ensure all systems (e.g. Smartrecruiter ATS) and trackers are correctly updated.
Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
Approx. 3 to 5 years doing similar coordination work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.
Ability to work independently and multi-task, with excellent time management skills.
Adaptable and able to resolve operational issues quickly.
Strong process orientation and meticulous.
Good knowledge of G-Suites, prior experience in Greenhouse platform would be ideal.
