Paralegal – Family Law (Part-Time) 📍 Location: São Paulo, Brazil (100% Remote) 🕒 Schedule & Working Hours Initially Part-time: 25 hours per week Monday to Friday Available shift options (converted to Brazil time – BRT): 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (BRT) 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (BRT) 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (BRT) These schedules can be coordinated directly with the Operations team. 👉 The goal is for the candidate to transition into a Full-time role, with the following schedule: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (BRT), Monday to Friday 📝 Job Description A leading Family Law firm is seeking a Paralegal to provide compassionate, client-focused legal support in cases such as divorce, custody, child support, mediation, and litigation. This role works closely with the Founder/CEO and the legal team in a dynamic and sensitive environment. ✅ Key Responsibilities Conduct client interviews and manage case files Draft and file legal documents Perform legal research and assist in trial preparation Manage calendars and coordinate client communications 🎯 Requirements 1–2 years of experience as a Paralegal (Family Law preferred) Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High level of confidentiality and professionalism Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with MyCase or similar legal systems (preferred) 💜 Nice to Have Experience with VAWA cases, advocacy, or women’s empowerment initiatives #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
